How can my husband receive parole in mississippi if he has a violent crime that is 19 years old in the state of ill.

There is insuffient information to answer your inquiry. Is he in Miss. prison now? If so, for what? What was his original sentence? How long has he served? Is the sentence in Miss. (if he is in prison now) for a third felony? If so, was he charged as a "Habitual Felon" when he was convicted of this offense? Once those facts are known the information would be sufficient to respond to your inquiry.
