Past Sentences on Child Pornography cases in MS?

I would like to know what the past sentencing has been for Child Pornography in the state of Mississippi. For this individual it is the first time. It's unknown if it will be state or federal. We would like to know what to expect, by knowing what has been done in the past. Thank you.

It is significant as to whether or not it is in state or federal court. You should determine first which court it is in and then what the charge is specifically. Each crime like everything else varies.
