Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
if a person comitts a crime under the age 18 can the police wait until after the age 18 to charge that person with the crime and they do not have half of the evidence

They can if statute of limitations has not run, evidence question will be answered in court or your attorney can make a filing to ask that the case be dismissed due to the lack of evidence or a variety of other things. Please see a criminal defense lawyer in your area
