Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
if some one went to prison at the age of 20 and was convicted for aggravated assault and served 8 years on a 15 year sentence and is released on ERS can they have their record sealed or expunged

There is no expungement offered for Aggravated Assault . There can only be a pardon to clear the record
