How much prison time can a person get for felony Aggravated Assault manifesting extreme indifference to the extream, In Mississippi?

This is not his first assault charge. He was first arrested for Murder with a depraved heart and it than was reduced to Aggravated Assault manifesting extreme indifference to the extream.

$1000 fine and 1-20 years in prison unless the victim is a public official, police officer, fireman, etc, then the penalty is $5000 and 5-30 years in prison
