Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

I am on probation, for an unclarified reason and am fifteen being drug tested.

I am randomly drug tested by the cops. i was at boarding school and was found with a used pipe. then i was kicked out, and moved back home to Mississippi. There i was tested, and failed for crystal meth. But i was tested under a fake name and they didn't do anything. The police say that i am on probation and being watched but i dont know if I really am or my father(who has power in with the police, the chief working for my father in a real estate business) and i dont know if i should believe them. what would happen if i did npt ta'e the drug test? and how can i get out of this?

IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT TO THE TEST DEMANDED YOU WILL BE DEEMED IN VIOLATION OF PROBATION AND PROBABLY JAILED. YOU CAN ONLY "GET OUT OF IT" BY HAVING THE COURT AMEND THE SENTENCE TO ELIMINATE PERIODIC TESTING. IT IS UNLIKELY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONVINCE A COURT TO ELIMINATE PERIODIC OR RANDOM TESTING IN VIEW OF YOUR HISTORY AND PAST TEST RESULTS. THE BEST MANNER OF "DEALING WITH THIS" IS TO STAY CLEAN, LIVE A LAWFUL LIFE AND STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS. OTHERWISE YOUR FATHER AND THE POLICE CHIEF WILL PROBABLY MAKE WHAT SEEMS (NOW) TO BE A BAD SITUATION MUCH WORSE ON YOU (IN THE NEAR FUTURE) UNTIL YOU BECOME COMPLIANT AND OBEY THE LAW, AND STAY CLEAN. IT IS THE "HOW CAN I BEAT THIS SYSTEM" ATTITUDE WHICH PROBABLY GOT YOU IN THIS SITUATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. START TAKING A SERIOUS LOOK AROUND AND NOTE WHERE THOSE YOU HAVE FOLLOWED ARE NOW (PRISON-DEAD-ADDICTED...) AND SAVE YOURSELF WHILE YOU CAN, IF IT IS NOT TOO LATE ALREADY!
