Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
My son in law is in jail for felony armed robbery someone was beat up it was three young men involved. This I his first time with a felony, he has been arrested on trespassing before. What us the minimum and maximum time he can receive? Also thus is someone who has been hospitilized for mental problems.
