Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

unresponsive requests

i'm trying to retrieve a disposition from a municipal court to no avail. i sent the all the imformation and monies that were requested i have made dozens of calls and to talk the person who was suppose handle these requests i live in new jersey they are in mississippi i am at lost and do not know what to at this point to retrieve these papers. any response will be greatly apriciated.
