Legal Question in Elder Law in Mississippi

Elderly conservatorship abuse

I have an illiterate elderly friend who was convinced by daughter he should have a lifetime estate drawn up. He did and since then fell and she now has him institutionalized in gulfport va. He is allowed no visitors or is not allowed to make or recieve any phone calls. When this gentleman fell he went to the hospital thought he broke leg. He ended up with the DT's because he drank some, took perscribed pain meds for his back and smoked. He is 76 and was able to pay his bills on his own keep up his house, drove his own vehicle and now he is in a facility with end stage alzheimers and dementia patients. He can not write the judge to advise he wants a hearing. She is doing this because she entered into an agreement with a land developer 30 days after the elderly man's death they will swope properties and she will gain $25,000 in cash it is filed in court house. This agreement was drawn up 2 weeks before my friend fell and this land developer and the daughter tried to talk my friend into selling his home.A nurse called to say my friend does not belong there as he is lucid and does not need to be under this conservatorship. The chart does not list the man as illiterate. Is there an organization that can help
