Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

My baby's father and I are split up, we are not married. I am from Germany and that's where I want to return to with our son! My baby's father won't go to the passport office with me because he don't want us to leave. We live in Mississippi and my son is almost 3 months old. So, what can I do to go around that? I mean is there anything I can do besides going to court?

You need to go to court, file for paternity immediately and move forward. That is the best legal opinion
