birth certificate
im married right now and my husbands name is on my daughters birth certificate, we are getting a divorce and just found out that he is not the father of my daughter how do i go to change the name on the birth certificate to the real fathers name?

This will require a petition to the Chancery Court. You will have to make your husband and the true father parties to the case as well as the Mississippi Department of Health. This is considered a major change in the birth certificate.
