can they bring their stuff home?

my ex and i are divorced for 8 years now my oldest daughter who is 12 is wanting to bring her personal items home from his house (clothing, shoes, etc..) he dosent want her to bring them here is she allowed by law to get her stuff and come home with it without having to go to court to do it.

If the father doesn't agree to allow the property to be moved to your home, a court order will be necessary to force him.
