Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi
How to change final divorce decree with children
I have joint custody without child support for two teenagers. Their father is always ''too busy'' to spend time with them and doesn't help with anything. I asked for help with school clothes and he said yes, but after I bought them, his girlfriend said no. Can I take him back to court for full custody and child support? Even if he still doesn't see them, at least I will get some help. Thank you

You can always petition the court to modify custody, support, etc. In other words, yes you can take him back to court concerning custody and establish support.
