My ex husband and i have 2 children together i moved out of state with my new husband and took my children with me my ex husband and i have split custody of them can i get into trouble for having them?

Re: child custody

If you are in violation of any provision in your divorce papers, you can be held in contempt. However, the Court can only require the children to remain in the state.
