Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi
Child custody in supreme court
IS it better for supreme court to retain a case instead of handing it down to court of appeals? What is the difference? Thank you

If it goes to the CofA, you can appeal their decision to the Sct. It basically gives you another bite at the apple so to speak. Basically the CofA was created to take the work load off of the Sct.
