Re: child custody
Your zip code indicates you live in Arkansas. If your child has resided with you for more than six months, the residence was per agreement with the parent with paramount legal custody, and not temporary, Arkansas will have jurisdiction over any change of custody and incident rights such as child support and visitation. Regardless of which State has jurisdiction, your rights are spelled out in the custody agreement, and you have the right to seek a modification of that agreement when there has been a substantial and material change of circumstances that is somehow adverse to the child's best interest.
