Child Support

I filed for divorce 2 yrs ago in which child support was requested for 2 minor children I have not recieved any support and was in the process of trying to acquire an attorney to sue for back support at that point he was incarcerated however he has a business that is operating and thriving daily during his absense that is in his name can his business be sued for child support?

You can sue him for child support and possibly attach his business assets after obtaining a judgment.
