child support
i live in louisiana and my ex-husband lives in mississippi, he owes me over $30.000 in back child support. if he bought a house in his name can i put a lein against it or is there anything else i can do?

A Louisiana judgment is enforceable in Mississippi. The only problem is that some states are more "debtor friendly" than others. Discuss this with a Mississippi lawyer who does collections work.
