Been married 4 years seperated 3 years husband has an outside child and i am now pregnant by the guy that has been there for me is it possible for the baby to have the last name of the man i am pregnant by and not my married last name

No. Mississippi law requires that the child have the husband's last name if the mother was married at any time during the pregnancy. Your only hope is to get divorced and marry the child's father before he/she is born or wait and have a name change proceeding after the child's birth.
