Concerned grandparent
My daughter is a lesbian sharing an apartment
with her lesbian roommate.Her girlfriend visits and
spends the night frequently. My 2 year old grand daughter an my daughter share a bedroom. Daughter is
not working and gets unemployment. I provide granddaughters food and most clothing and have been since she was born. Would like to have custody of granddaughter. Concerned about influence of daughters lifestyle on her.Child hardly evers gets out of the house, unless I get her and do things with her.

MS law allows for granparent visitation as well as allowing grandparents to go to court and obtain custody of their grandchildren (under certain circumstances). It will ultimately be up to the judge to determine the "best interest of the child".
