Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Confused

My husband left me and his two kids a little more than a month ago. He is currently staying with another woman. He wants a divorce and I don't. I have heard he is sleeping with her and I've heard he isn't. I don't know what to do or where to start. I am also from another state and would possibly like to move if the divorce goes through. Also I would like total custody of the kids. He is currently enrolled in school and I don't think its fair for him to go while I have to keep our two kids.
