Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

I have custody of my 2 daughters. Their mom moved out of state. She pays me child support. My youngest daughter moved to her moms for a little less than 4 months and then moved back. My Ex quit paying child support a month before my daughter moved in with her and did not pay me for 7 months. Now she is not paying me child support and saying that she is taking the child support payments off what I owe her on money she loaned me to buy my daughter a car. What are my options.
