Cyber infidelity

I have found out my husband is having a cyber affair, and planning to meet the woman and make it real.

Do I have grounds for a divorce?

There is a buzz in the legal community about this, but I do not think it has been resolved in MS. I don't know if it has even been brought up before. I would say that now is the time to retain counsel and possibly put things in motion to collect evidence that would put you in a better position should divorce be necessary. I would be happy to discuss this with you further.
