Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

my daughter and her husband divorced and she signed custody over to him , to basicly keep him from going to Iraq. and now she would like to have custody of her children. what can be done and could she get custodyof them ?

She needs to consult an attorney to discuss what arrangement would be in the best interests of the children. That is the basis for the Court to decide who ultimately should retain/or be granted custody.
