deal or no deal
boyfreind of 7yrs. dosn't want, marriage.he's wanting to sign my name to his house. He has a growing bussiness, and doing great. at one time wanted me to sign a prenup,and he's bussiness, I don't want his bussiness, at all.what about retirement or he die's before me? also, if we did get married would i beable to draw his disabiled being 2 wife?

In Mississippi, if you are not married to him, you get nothing unless by Will. Tell him to draw the pre-nup. Most are not valid for various reasons, but tell him that it should say after 3 years of marriage it should terminate. That would give you and he 10 years of being together. Pre-nup should provide you an income in the event he dies while you and he are living together. If you and he have children together, pre-nup should end.
Go for it. You will be no worse off with a pre-nup and you will have nothing without marriage.
