debt

what is the ruling concerning credit card debt...when the spouse applied for the card and listed the other spouse as an authorized user (the authorized user never used the card), but ran up the credit?

The authorized user is not responsible for the debt if he or she did not incur it and never signed anything accepting responsibility for the debt.
