Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

My divorce decree states that father shall participate and take child to such activities , regardless of whos weekday or weekend on which activity may fall.

Does this mean I have no right to keep my child during my weekend even if I have other plans and the scouting activity can be done during his weekend?
