Additionally, your husband must have grounds to divorce you and he must prove them (provided you do not go along with the irreconcilable differences divorce). I urge you to contact a local family law attorney. You could possibly be entitled to separate maintenance from your husband. If any children have been born of this marriage, you will need a temporary order of custody and support. Also, your husband may try to dispose of marital assets.
