Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi
my divorce is final. My ex wife prior to divorce filed charges on me for domestic violence and had a protection order put on me. Prior to christmas i hadn't seen my girls for 5 months and it seems nobody caN do anything about this. Im a vet, only 60% disability. PTSD diagnosed because of her. We agreed to no child support, no denial of visitation and joint custody would be so prior to even separation. Have plenty of wittness that could vouch on those statements. Even now its been since dec 28 since ive last seen or heard my girls voice. Ive had to admit myself once to va mental ward because of her keeping them away. Ive lost house i gave her power of attorny over to handle business while finishing honorable discharge from Navy. Lost vehicle. Even though she has/still have poa everything was in my name. Credit was perfect. She never worked but for few months in our 7 year marriage. Even while waiting on va compensation still she didnt work. She denied counseling, even christian counseling. What should i do sir?...

Your divorce is final. There should be a property settlement agreement and a visitation guideline. If she is not following it you can move for contempt
