Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

My divorce has been final for over a year. One stipulation is that neither of us will have over night guest of the opposite sex with our children present. My boyfriend and I are considering living together. Would he still be considered an overnight guest if we are living together and paying for the house and bills together?

This is precisely the type of "arrangement" the divorce court is trying to prevent. In Mississippi, it is ILLEGAL to cohabit with a member of the opposite sex with whom one is not married.
