Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi
A divorce is pending
Wife is moving, husband is keeping house. he wants her to move immediately, she wants to wait til she is ready, she is trying to make him move out til then and is threating with some sort of legal document. Can this be done?

If there is no violence in the home, it is doubtful the Judge is going to make anyone move out of the house until the divorce is final. Also, if the husband will be the one keeping the house, it does not seem logical that he would be forced to move on a temporary basis.
