divorce and pregnancy
hey got a problem my divorce to my ex should be final in december but the thing is we have been seperated for 5 months now and i have been seeing another man matter of fact i am pregnant!! me and my ex have a 4 year old too but he has no cares for the child its just a finaciall burden to him see she has a disability would me being 8 weeks pregnant have any effects on the divorce if no one knows and after the divorce can any thing happen when my ex finds out i am pregnant

You need to speak to your attorney about this.

Pregnancy will not stop your divorce. However, your problem will be when the baby is born. Your husband will be listed as the father on the birth certificate and you will have to have a lawyer to have the birth certificate changed.
