If your spouse will not sign the no-fault divorce papers you have had drawn up,however will not file for divorce, how do you get one. She says I do not have grounds in the state of MS. I do not have a clue. Help me!!!!!

If you have had no-fault divorce papers drawn up, presumably you have an attorney already with at least some familiarity of your case.... ask your attorney for what to do now. In most states you would simply amend the pleadings already drafted and file a tradtional divorce complaint, always leaving the option of completing the case as a no-fault divorce if your spouse decides to sign the papers before the date of the trial.
Most states have seriously relaxed the requirement of having "grounds" for the divorce and many judges accross the country even openly state that they don't really care whether there are "grounds" that are proven, and if one party wants a divorce the judge is going to grant it. I have no idea if that is the case where you are, and you need to talk with your local attorney, familiar with the law in your state and also the judges you are likely to go before, in order to decide what to do now.... you realy can't hope to get seriously meaningful advice from lawyers in other states having no idea what judges might handle your case, and trying to answer a question that offers only two sentences of information.
