Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

I am divorced and my ex and I had signed paperwork stating that he would pay for half of daycare. This fee was separate from child support per the agreement. He refused to pay and I ended up footing the bill for a 1 and a half. Can I still have him pay for the half of that cost or is it too late?
