Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

I am drug and alcohol free. Will submit to a drug screen. I have viable proof that the mother of my daughter, is addicted to drugs. I have thousands of texts in which my daughter has been played over my as a pawn. I am employed, she is not. Will my case hold weight in a custody hearing?

The custody will be determined by the Albright factors, which exam what is in the best interest of the child. Depending on the child's age, the child's preference is noted but not definitive.
