Eviction notice

Can you serve someone with an eviciton notice if they live on your property but live with someoneelse in their own mobile home?

Eviction relates to breach of a lease. It seems that possibly a tenant's housemate is somehow causing the tenant to breach the lease. Therefore, the eviction should be of the tenant where a breach of the lease has occurred.
