Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

How is it possible to file a protection order and domestic violence report with just allegations? Recently, my soon to be ex wife have separated. We stay in two different places now. I work nights and she works days. We both agreed that while I'm not at work, I'll watch our 6 year old son and when I'm at work, she'll watch him. Long story made short, I come to pick up our son one day and she states that there's a protection order against me and the police was called and I'm just lost. Also, about 2 days ago, I get a letter stating that I need to turn myself in because there's a warrant out for my arrest for domestic violence. I talked to my ex wife and she said that she specifically put out those orders because she doesn't want me to have our son. I just don't know what to do, I don't believe in hitting women and I just don't understand what she's trying to do. This is all in the state of Mississippi. But there's no custody agreement right now, but I feel like she's trying to set all this up so I can't see my son. Can anyone help with any type of legal advice?
