Failure to allow visitation that has been ordered by the court is acting in contempt of court. The court can grant additional visitation to make up for the lost visitation, incarcerate the father for contempt of court, change the child's custody, award the injured party attorney fees, and terminate the father's licenses. Also it is possible to find the father by searching his credit information on the Internet. You will need his last known address and full name. It will be all the easier if you also know his social security number and birth date.

You need to hire a good family law attorney who has a good investigator and knows how to track down people. You have to go back to court to enforce the order awarding you visitation. If you are successful, you may even get back your attorney's fees.
