Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Grandparents Rights

Our Grandaughter's father refuses to let her see us. She wants to come and visit us but he always starts some argument with our daughter whom doesn't live with us and then gets mad at her and won't let our grandaughter visit us. He won't let us get her and take her out of the town to see any of her other family. Our grandaughter is 4 years old. Neither him or my daughter has custody of her. They aren't married but he has physical custody of her. They are in the process of going to court to see who gets custody. What rights do we have to see her for visitation? Is there any Laws on the Internet i can study to help me better understand?
