Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

I have two grandsons that live with me since their father committed suicide in dec 07. He had custody of both boys who were from different mothers. I have a power of attorney granting me guardianship of both boys which has never been revoked. I have been able to get them enrolled in schools but now (due to employment change) I cannot get them covered under my family medical plan without guardianship. How can I find out how to apply on my own?

It is questionable whether or not the "power of attorney" you have is valid after the death of the person who executed it. You need to consult a "domestic Attorney" at once.
