house on property

my fiance had a house built but the house is setting on ex-girlfriend property can she stop me from coming on the property to get in the house.

She can if it does not impair somebody else's rights or if she no longer has the right to use of the property. For example, she cannot prevent your access if your fiance has a lease, you're a guest of your fiance, and the lease does not expressly prohibit your access.
