Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

My Ex Husband's wife constantly harrasses me at all events I attend related to my son. She has stalked me on Linked In and joined the same direct selling company I am involved with. Do I have the right to sue her for harrassment or something else?

Yes. There are torts you could sue him for, but it would be expensive to do so. Your best bet would be to apply to chancery court for a restraining order. You may be able to pull that off without the assistance of an attorney.
