Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

My husbands ex wife gets 440 a month in child support in their divorce papers it states for half of the extra curricular activities also his daughter does competition cheerleading that cost about 4000.00 a year but also they were to agree on what her extra activities were we cannot afford this and now all she does is ask for this money that we cannot afford is he liable to pay this?

Yes, you need a modification of the document if their has been a change in circumstances.

Without reviewing the document, unless there is a number or expense that has not been outlined to require dual consent, he is liable until this document changes
