leaving the state before a divorce

can i stop my wife from leaving the state of misissippi with my daughter before the divorce is filed. she will not let me see her at all and i'm scared she will take her to nebraska and file for a divorce there. how can i see may child and stop her from taking her out of the state

You can't stop the mother from leaving the State but the Court can restrict the movements of your daughter. You might consider filing in Mississippi for formal guardianship of your daughter.
