If a female living in illinois age 15 is a ward of the state can she cross state lines to miss. with a male age 20 and get married without parental consent in mississip? If the female is not a ward of the state of Illinois can she cross state lines with a male age 20 and get married in Mississip? What are the reprocutions for the 20 year old male legally?

The marriage won't be legal, and the 20 year old can go to jail for statutory rape.
