Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi
How can I live in mississippi and get my court ordered child support from the out of state noncustodial parent. The Dept of human resources has been uncussesful and he is now $69k behind. Twins are now 14 and that would help them as they near time for college.

The Uniform Interstate Family Support Act provides the remedy you seek. May need to enroll judgment in his state of residence.
