Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

In love with a minor and we want to get married, help.

I am in love with a minor girl living in Mississippi,

she is an extremely mature 15 tears old, I happen to

be 40 years old living in CA. We want to get married

and live in CA. Her step dad is aware of my real age,

her mother thinks I am in my 20's. Her mother is

against us getting married. We would like to find out

how old she must be before we can legally get married

without her parents permission or how old she must be

to become legally emancipated from her parents, again

so we can get married. Please note; I am not some kind

of perverted sexual predator, when we originally met

and fell in love, I honestly thought she was 19 or 20

years ol

Well, you cannot get married in California because she needs to the 18 years old. However, if you can find another state that you can legally get married in California will recognize the marriage. I don't know of a state offhand but for what you want to do I would say that Mississippi would be a good start.
