Marrage Law

A person gets married, while still married,but does get a devoice three months later. Is marrage any good?

A person cannot be married to two people at the same time. Therefore the second marriage is void. The subsequent divorce does not help since Mississippi has not recognized common law marriage attempted since the 1950's.
