Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

I married my "wife" on 12/21/12 . She said she was divorced from her previous husband. After our ..marraige..i added her to the deed of my home(i bought and paid for in october 2010) as a wedding gift. There are no divorce papers on file where she was previously married or lived. QUESTION: Am i legally married? Does she have a claim to my home?

If she is not divorced then your marriage is null. You need to remove her from the deed however.
