Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Does a minor who is pregnant need a parents consent to name the baby after the father if the baby? And how do I resolve a dispute between me and her father over who will claim the child on income taxes?

A parent can name the child. As for giving tax credit rights, that goes to the parent with legal gaurdianship in the absence of a court order
